Quick Order
Install the storefront block
Open Quick Order in the app, select Add Orda block, place it in the published theme and save.
SKU and barcode search
Each variant should have a unique SKU or barcode. Buyers can search by product name, SKU, EAN, UPC or barcode.
Excel and CSV
Paste one code and quantity per row. Orda checks missing, duplicate and unavailable matches before updating the cart. CSV upload requires Basic or Pro.
Saved and shareable lists
Free includes one local list. Basic and Pro unlock unlimited local lists and link sharing.
Troubleshooting
Always test the published storefront over HTTPS. Allow camera access in Safari or Chrome and confirm that the variant is available for sale.
Inventory Counting
Choose a location
Open Inventory Counting in Shopify Admin and choose the location you want to count.
Full or partial counts
Search or scan only the items you want to count. Pro unlocks unlimited counts; Free and Basic can test up to 20 variants.
Phone and handheld scanners
Allow camera access on mobile. A compatible USB or Bluetooth scanner works like a keyboard on desktop; keep the cursor in the search field.
Expected, counted and variance
Expected is the Shopify quantity before the count. Counted is the quantity you enter. Variance is the difference between them.
Approval
Review every variance before selecting Approve and update inventory. Nothing is written to Shopify before approval.
Troubleshooting
Check inventory access, the selected location and that inventory tracking is enabled for the variant. Refresh after approving new permissions.
Terminology and privacy
Inventory Count is common US terminology. Stocktake is commonly used in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Both describe a physical inventory check.
Orda stores no customer or order data. Count drafts, report history and saved order lists remain locally on the device. When approved, Orda reads and updates inventory directly through Shopify.
