Quick ordering and inventory counting for Shopify

Speed up repeat orders and safely count inventory with SKU, Excel and barcode scanning.

Quick Order

For B2B buyers, wholesalers and anyone who frequently reorders the same items.

  1. Search by product, SKU, EAN, UPC or barcode
  2. Paste SKU and quantity from Excel or upload CSV
  3. Validate matches and errors before adding anything
  4. Add multiple correct variants to the cart at once
  5. Save and share lists with Basic or Pro

Inventory Counting

For full or partial counts at a Shopify inventory location.

  1. Choose an inventory location and start a count
  2. Scan with a phone camera or compatible handheld scanner, or search
  3. Enter counted quantities
  4. Compare expected and counted inventory
  5. Review variances and approve when ready

Safe approval

Inventory is not updated until the merchant reviews and approves the count.

Inventory Counting runs in Shopify Admin and does not require the Quick Order storefront block.
